We Cook in Batches on weekends at home and put it away so we don't have to do very much cooking through the week. We started out just intending to do a few appetizers for my Sis's birthday and wound up cooking most of the day Saturday and Sunday. There was even a pot of Pinto beans cooked and stored in the pint freezer containers that I didn't make pics of - no doubt we ate really good both days for sure, but the other good part is there more where that came from.
