My pictures have been so bad lately I decided to make a video for this cook. It’s a wonderful way to do pork chops. You can either simmer until the chops are fork tender and the vegetables become a delicious sauce or simmer just long enough to cook the chops leaving the vegetables with a little substance to them. I used Slab’s Birds and Bones Rub along with ObieQ’s Sweet Rub on the Chops just before a light dredging and sautéed till nice and brown, removed and cooked the vegetables in the same pan, then added the chops back and covered for about 45 – 60 min.
